Beet and Berry Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 small cooked beet, peeled and chopped

  2. 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

  3. 1 cup spinach

  4. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  5. 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  6. 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Serve immediately.
