Beet and Berry Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 small cooked beet, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
1 cup spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
