Beet, Turmeric, and Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 small cooked beet, peeled and chopped

  2. 1 banana

  3. 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

  4. 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  5. 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

  6. 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

  7. 1 tablespoon flax seeds

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
