Serves 1:
8-10 frozen strawberries
Three fresh strawberries
8.5 oz. of coconut milk
One teaspoon of almond butter
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in the blender until smooth (about 5 minutes max). There should be enough to share, but keep the whole amount for yourself if you are hungry. Serve in a chilled glass for a refreshing treat, or pour over a bowl of granola for a satisfying breakfast.
