Sunrise Ginger Refresher Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 small cooked beet, peeled and chopped

  2. 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

  3. 1/2 cup orange juice

  4. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  5. 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

  6. 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  7. Ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
