Snapper, Sauteed with Lemon Pepper Sauce

Makes one serving (1 protein)

Ingredients: 

  1. 100 grams red snapper (Wild Caught recommended)

  2. 1/4 cup vegetable broth or water

  3. 2 tbsp lemon juice

  4. 2 tbsp caper juice

  5. Dash or garlic powder

  6. Dash of onion powder

  7. Dash of cayenne (optional)

  8. Salt and pepper for taste (Himalayan Pink Salt recommended)

  9. Small cubes of unsalted butter

Directions:

Add dry spices and liquid ingredients to the broth. Saute fish in sauce for 5-10 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Phase 3 modifications: Whisk in small cubes of unsalted butter to create a lemon butter sauce.
